2014–2018 — Head of Creative Production at Gulf Marketing Group

Led the creative production function across a major regional retail and brand group, managing multidisciplinary teams of photographers, videographers and creative specialists across four divisions — Sports, Healthcare, Education and Pharmaceuticals. Responsible for shaping the organisation's visual narrative across the UAE and broader MENA region, overseeing campaign production, brand communications and content strategy from brief through to final delivery.

2012–2013 — Creative Lead at Big Shot

Led integrated creative strategy for a sports marketing agency operating across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, managing cross-functional teams including graphic designers, social media specialists, photographers and videographers. Oversaw brand identity development, marketing campaigns, live event productions and e-commerce initiatives, bridging creative vision with measurable commercial outcomes across multiple client accounts.

2009–2012 — Co-Founder & Art Director at DreamsCreative

Co-founded and built a boutique creative agency in Abu Dhabi, developing brand strategy, art direction and multimedia campaigns for regional and international clients including InterContinental Hotels Group, ADNOC and Sorouh. Led creative output across digital, print and motion, with the agency receiving recognition for design excellence including a Middle East Website Awards win for Best Tourism Website.

2007–2009 — Co-Founder & Senior Graphic Designer at Always Interactive

Co-founded a boutique web development and digital marketing agency in Australia, helping evolve the business from an email marketing startup into a full-service creative studio. Managed client relationships, led creative projects end-to-end and developed technical and design capabilities across web, digital and interactive media.

2006–2007 — Graphic Designer & Interactive Developer at Deep Blue Earth

Developed rich media websites and interactive digital content, specialising in motion-based design and pre-press production. Built early expertise in the intersection of visual design and digital interactivity, laying the technical and creative foundation for a career in brand communications and content production.

2000–2005 — Freelance Creative (Brisbane & Gold Coast)

I began my career as a self-taught freelance designer, working independently with clients across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. I handled everything from client acquisition to final delivery, creating bespoke graphic and web design solutions. This phase laid the foundation for my visual language and taught me the discipline of running creative projects end-to-end—skills that continue to inform my approach to directing and cinematography today.
